Return and Refund Policy

Because our work is primarily custom software and professional services, refund handling depends on project scope, delivered milestones, and signed agreements.

Service-Based Work

Payments for completed discovery, design, development, consulting, deployment, maintenance, or support work are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered or a milestone has been approved.

Project Cancellations

If a client cancels a project before work begins, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway fees, administrative costs, and any agreed non-refundable booking amount.

Milestone Payments

For milestone-based projects, each milestone is reviewed with the client. Approved milestones are considered delivered and are not eligible for refund.

Revision Requests

If delivered work does not match the agreed scope, clients should notify us in writing. We will review the concern and provide revisions, fixes, or another reasonable resolution according to the agreement.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, or payment provider processing times may vary.
