Shipping and Service Policy

voltnest.space provides digital software services. Most deliverables are shared electronically rather than shipped as physical products.

Digital Delivery

Project files, designs, source code, documentation, credentials, reports, and other digital deliverables are delivered through email, cloud storage, repository access, deployment platforms, or project management tools.

Service Timeline

Delivery timelines are confirmed in the proposal, invoice, statement of work, or project agreement. Timeline changes may occur if requirements, approvals, dependencies, or third-party integrations change.

Physical Shipping

We do not usually ship physical goods. If a project includes physical equipment, printed material, or hardware, shipping costs, courier method, delivery area, and expected delivery time will be confirmed separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely feedback, access credentials, approvals, content, brand assets, and third-party account information required to complete the service.

Support After Delivery

Post-delivery support, warranty, maintenance, or service-level commitments are provided according to the relevant proposal or agreement.
